● How much does it cost to join Gano Excel?
There is no fee to Enroll as a Customer or an Affiliate. Customers pay full retail prices, so it makes most sense to become an Affiliate and buy at full Wholesale prices, and earn 15% commission on purchases made by others whom you introduce.
● What’s the price difference for Customers
and Affiliates?
About 40%, depending on the product.
● How do I Enroll or Register?
To enroll,
you must be sponsored by an Affiliate; you become a Customer or an Affiliate in
their organization. Your sponsor needs your personal particulars to enroll you
directly with Gano. Or you can enroll online at https://www.myganoexcel.ca/SignUp . Click on Enroll (top right), then on the next page “Select Country” and click “Continue” to proceed
to subsequent pages. You receive an ID# which you use to log in to set up/change your monthly
Auto-Ship order (minimum 30PV, or 50PV to maximize your commission earnings).
● What minimum amount of product must I buy?
Affiliates must maintain a modest personal
volume Point Value (PV) of 30 per month. Also, to qualify for the best commissions/rebates, you must
maintain 50 personal PV per month.
● What is the commission structure?
The
commission structure is laid out in a separate Compensation
Plan/Chart. Gano Excel uses a binary structure. Commission is 15% of sales volume, at each level.
● How many new people must an Affiliate enroll?
There is no
minimum number of people to enroll, either Customers or Affiliates. However, if
you are serious about building an income stream and a profitable business, you
need to be building strong teams of Affiliates. How fast you accomplish this obviously depends on your own time
investment and entrepreneurial initiative. But it is possible to build the business entirely online via e-mail to friends, by putting in only 1-hour per week.
● What is “Auto-Ship”?
Auto-Ship
is a convenient monthly standing-order online shopping cart. You should set up
your Auto-Ship profile upon enrollment and compile your first Auto-Ship order.
Being on Auto-Ship, as opposed to ordering randomly, you enjoy the lowest
prices on all products.
● How does “Auto-Ship” work?
Being on
Auto-Ship means you never forget to order, nor run out of product. Auto-Ship is
totally under your control and fully variable. You select your own ship date (3rd,
13th, or 23rd monthly in Canada; 5th, 10th,
15th, 20th, 25th, or 25th monthly
in USA) and the ship date can be changed
at any time up to within 3 business days of the scheduled ship date. As well,
within the same 3-day limitation, you can change any aspect of your product
order (number/quantity of items) or even temporarily cancel a shipment.
● How much should I order?
Auto-Ship
is totally flexible, enabling you to optimize your consumption needs, plus
samples to offer others. When you set up your Auto-Ship upon enrolling, you
should order enough to last 6-8 weeks (100 PV or higher). Start out by
ordering boxes of each beverage – the main focus of the business. Once that
order arrives, re-assess your needs and modify your Auto-Ship for the next
order (ensuring to maintain 30 or 50 PV). After 3 months, your order needs will
stabilize and you can add other products to try.
● How does an Affiliate build their Gano business?
The easiest
way to build your business is to introduce other people to Gano beverages by
offering them free sachets of coffee and/or tea to try for themselves. So you
need a sufficient supply of sachets on hand, which you routinely carry with you
in your purse or briefcase. Then you can casually, and quite passively, simply
ask: “Do you drink coffee?” then “How do you take it?” and then “Please try
this “healthy” coffee; I think you’ll like it. Let me know what you think.”
Then you let the coffee “sell itself.” Follow up with them and ask: “How did
you like the Gano coffee?” and “Would you like some more?” (See “Scripts” document for tips on answering questions.)
● Do I need a website?
An
Affiliate gets a free personalized Gano website where you can send people to
learn more about the product and the business opportunity, or even enroll and
shop online. You also get a basic “Back Office” to run your business
which, as your business grows, you can upgrade for monthly service charge. The
website is easily set up, with just a few pieces of info to input. With the
"Back Office" you manage your business, see who is
enrolling/ordering, track your Affiliates, order volumes, and commissions.
● What about promotional materials?
Let your
website do the promo work. You only need business cards which display your
website URL address and your Affiliate ID#. You can develop brochures or
booklets if you feel the need. And if you are going to offer to mail out free
samples, you need padded envelopes and labels. Gano is developing an automatic drop-ship service where (starting 2009) they will send out samples for you at a very nominal cost.
