Ideas on How to Best Enjoy
Gano Excel Beverages
1. Always be sure to use “healthy”
water
Gano is all about health. So it doesn’t make sense
to risk spoiling your delicious “healthy” beverage by making it with other than
the best-tasting and healthiest water available.
We suggest you make your beverages
with water from a good filtration system or with bottled water. For example, we have
pure well water at home, which we test regularly. But I once made Mocha at a
5-star hotel, using tap water boiled in the coffee percolator. It tasted so bad
that I poured it out. A fresh brew, using bottled water, tasted exactly like
what I’m used to.
2. Experiment to find the taste that
best suits you
We each have individual tastes. While the beverages come
in different varieties, you can still modify
each to suit your own preference. So
find the taste and flavor that you
most enjoy. Then share that “recipe” with others.
If
you prefer a strong beverage, use one sachet per cup. If you prefer it weaker,
select a larger cup or mug, or use half a sachet. You can select Classic black
but still sweeten or whiten it to your own taste, as I sometimes do. If I
choose 3-in-1, I still top it off with 1% milk; the same with my favorite Mocha.
I
like C’Real thick, two sachets per mug (it’s still thin enough to drink). My
wife prefers it thinner. Some people add a sachet of Schokolade to C’Real.
Others add C’Real to other cooked rolled oats in order to gain even more fiber
per serving: porridge with ganoderma!
It’s all a matter of personal
choice. But experiment to find what you like best.
3. Make it in pots when entertaining
When hosting people in your home, or
holding a coffee party (where you invite people to come and sample), or when serving the beverages at a sales or
fundraising table, make the beverages in pots. Make hot pots of coffee and
tea, but make them weaker than for a single serving. For example, one tea bag
can make a pot that serves four cups; for coffee pots, use half the number of
sachets, and serve in cups not mugs. Again, experiment to see what people
prefer.
4. How many cups per day are most
beneficial?
The greatest benefits of taking
ganoderma lucidum come from sustained use, so that it accumulates in the body
to restore and sustain Ph balance and enhance the immune system. Gano Excel
does not make medical claims about its products, but you need sustained use.
How long does it take to achieve the benefits? It varies by individual,
depending on their state of health and immune system before taking it, their
body sensitivity, and other reasons. Some notice immediate benefits, right from
the first cup (e.g., a feeling of well-being, or improved sleep); for others,
it takes longer, sometimes months: they feel gradual improvements.
Each Gano Excel beverage contains
about half a capsule-worth of ganoderma lucidum extract. One capsule contains
275mg, and the suggested adult dose is 1-2 capsules, 2 times a day, i.e., 2-4
capsules daily. That then is the equivalent of 4-8 beverages per day. I drink
about 8 beverages daily, and take capsules in addition. Again, it is a matter of personal choice.
